Qualified building cleaner (m/f/d) in Freiburg
For building cleaners with completed vocational training: routine cleaning, window and glass cleaning, facades and construction cleaning at fixed locations in Freiburg and the surrounding area. 18.00 € gross per hour, experience required.
Building cleaner in 30 seconds
As a qualified building cleaner you take on routine cleaning at fixed locations and, in addition, window and glass cleaning of all kinds (conservatory, glass railings, glass doors, balcony glass railings, windows, facades), plus construction cleaning and facade cleaning as needed.
Pay is 18.00 € gross per hour; at 39 hours per week that is approx. 3,040 € gross per month, plus surcharges, paid travel time and 30 days vacation*.
What you will do
Windows, glass and facade
- Window cleaning of all kinds
- Glass cleaning: conservatory, glass railings, glass doors, balcony glass railings
- Windows and facades
- Construction cleaning after renovation or new build, as needed
- Facade cleaning, as needed
Your locations
Several fixed locations, for example office and administration, medical practice, staircase and property management, commercial and shop, apartment and house.
Routine cleaning is part of the job as well
- Routine cleaning without window cleaning
- Mopping all kinds of floors and vacuuming
- Wiping and cleaning all kinds of surfaces
- Sanitary areas: washbasins, bathtubs, showers, toilets and fittings
- Emptying bins and changing bin liners
- Housekeeping in holiday apartments: changing bed linen and towels, floors, surfaces, sanitary areas, kitchen
- As needed: doors and door handles, radiators, window frames
Your locations
Several fixed locations, for example office and administration, medical practice, staircase, commercial and shop, industrial, apartment and holiday apartments.
The physical side
Windows and facades are more demanding than mopping floors: up and down ladders, arms over your head, streak-free to the very end. Equipment, ladders and safety training are provided by us; you only need to bring resilience.

!What you should know
- Physically demanding: Work at heights, arms over your head, sometimes machines. You should be healthy enough for that.
- German required: You must be able to communicate in German, with colleagues and sometimes customers.
- Early starts possible: Depending on the location, the working day may start early, for example in the office before 8 am.
- Weather dependent: Facades and exterior windows depend on the weather; in rain this part falls away.
- Work at heights is mandatory: If you are afraid of ladders, this is the wrong job. Ground level and climbing ladders are part of it.

Requirements
- Good German language skills so daily communication works

- Cleaning experience is required
- Driving licence B an advantage
- Applicants without an EU passport are welcome if a work permit is in place
- Physical resilience: lots of movement, climbing stairs, carrying buckets or vacuum cleaners, climbing ladders, work over your head
